I add 3 tbsp of this to my green smoothies per Doctor Brooke Goldner's protocol. I like the taste SO much more than ½ cup whole flax seeds ground in my smoothies.

Great flavor - reminds me of well-made refried beans seasoning. And best of all, they don't use synthetics to pump the vitamins in the the yeast.

This tastes fine to take be the spoonful as a supplement. And I l especially like that is isn't fortified with synthetics like all other brands I've found.
