Ingredients

1 cup raw cashews

¼ cup avocado oil

3 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

¾ tsp vegan fish sauce

1 tsp maple syrup

1 garlic clove

½ tsp Himalayan salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients and ½ cup of filtered water in a high-speed blender. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a lidded jar, or sealed container, and allow to chill in refrigerator.
This flavorful aioli makes a perfect salad dressing, sandwich spread, or dip!
