Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!

New Year’s is a time for reflection, celebration, and new beginnings. Most can agree that 2020 was one crazy year. Between wildfires, pandemics, hurricanes, murder hornets, and so much more, no one was prepared for what this year had in store. No one had 2020 vision as we thought we did.

But that’s the past. What matters now is the future.

The new year is a chance for a new beginning. Everyone claims that no one keeps their resolutions, but what if we did? What if we all committed to little changes that make a big difference? Changes like switching to decaf coffee, drinking more water, or even just recycling more. Tiny things done consistently can have an enormous impact.

Take the opportunity to make little changes. Commit to one thing at a time until it becomes a habit. You could try reading for ten minutes a day, learning a new skill or hobby, or spending less time on your phone. Listen to more music. Dance more. Spend time with loved ones. Get a few houseplants. Anything you want to try.

The world is changing around us, and we can impact it in big ways through small actions. Take some time this New Year to reflect on your year. You made it! You went through a lot, but you’re here now. Look at where you are, and take pride in it. You’ve done some great things. Look at where you want to be. How are you going to get there?

Foods Alive is here to help with those resolutions. You don’t have to replace your whole pantry all at once to start making healthy habits. Start with one thing and go from there.

From the Foods Alive Family to yours, have a Happy New Year! See you in 2021!
