                      Ingredients

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

Β½ cup walnuts
 - 
12 Medjool dates (pitted)
 - 
            
3 tbsp (x2) cacao powder
 - 
            
2 tbsp ground flaxmeal
 - 
Β½ tsp cinnamon
 - 
ΒΌ tsp cayenne
 - 
            
ΒΌ tsp Himalayan salt
 - 
2 tbsp oatmilk
 
Directions
Combine oats and walnuts in a high-speed blender and process until fairly smooth. Add dates and process for 1-2 minutes, until well-incorporated.
Add in remaining dry ingredients and process for another minute, then add oatmilk until mixture forms into a ball.
Roll mixture into 14 truffle sized balls, then roll in cacao powder. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
