Ingredients

1 banana (sliced and frozen)

1 cup fresh strawberries

¼ cup old-fashioned rolled oats

2 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp chia protein powder

½ cup unsweetened oat milk

1 Medjool date (pitted)
Directions
Slice banana into 1 inch pieces and place onto tray. Freeze overnight.
Hull the fresh strawberries, or leave the green leafy top for optimal nutrition.
Combine all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
Pour immediately into a glass or jar and enjoy the taste of your favorite childhood snack, in a smoothie!
