1 cup black sesame seeds (soaked in warm water)

¼ tsp Himalayan salt

4 cups filtered water
 - 
2 Medjool dates (pitted)
 - 
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
 - 
2 tsp natural sweetener (optional)
 
Directions
Add seeds and a pinch of salt to a medium mixing bowl, cover with warm water and let sit for 30 minutes.
Drain and rinse seeds, before adding to a high-speed blender with remaining ingredients.
Blend on high 1-2 minutes, then strain with cheesecloth into a bowl. Keep chilled in a sealed container for approx. 3-4 days.
Serve this creamy, nutrient rich, plant-based milk over ice for a great start to your day.
