2 cups Brazil nuts
 - 
4 cups filtered water
 - 
2 Medjool dates (pitted)
 - 
            
pinch of Himalayan salt
 - 
pinch ground cinnamon
 - 
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
 
Directions
Soak Brazil nuts in filtered water for 4 hours or overnight.
Drain and rinse the nuts, then add to high-speed blender, along with all remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, about 2 minutes.
Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag, or several layers of cheesecloth, into a bowl or pitcher.
Squeeze gently to remove pulp. Repeat if necessary, until all particles have been removed from liquid.
