turmeric mint soother
2 small knobs of turmeric root (peeled)
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
2 small knobs ginger root (peeled)
8 (pitted) Medjool dates
½ cup hulled hemp seeds
3 cups unsweetened almond milk
Peel and finely grate turmeric and ginger root, to enhance flavor and ensure even distribution.
Finely chop the fresh mint leaves, then combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
Blend on high for approx. 1-2 minutes, until thick and creamy.
Pour into a glass or jar, and enjoy the heartwarming taste of every sip.
