Ingredients

2 cups old-fashioned oats

¼ cup flaxseed meal

¼ cup gluten-free all purpose flour

2/3 cup dried golden berries

½ tbsp ground cinnamon

½ cup maple syrup

¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly coat an 8”x8” baking pan with coconut oil and line with parchment paper.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in maple syrup and melted coconut oil.
Press mixture evenly into prepared baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Allow to cool for 1 hour, then cut into 10 bars. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
