1 banana (sliced and frozen)
 - 
1 cup blueberries (frozen)
 - 
½ avocado
 - 
            
1 tbsp hemp protein
 - 
1 cup filtered water
 - 
1 Medjool date
 
Directions
Slice banana into 1 inch pieces and place onto a tray. Freeze overnight.
Add filtered water to a high-speed blender, then carefully spoon hemp protein into the water. Give mixture a gentle stir to prevent powder from sticking to the sides of the blender.
Add all remaining ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
Pour immediately into a glass or jar for an amazing start to your day.
