2 tbsp hummus (flavor of choice)
2 slices toasted french baguette
2 slices red onion
2 tbsp toasted hemp seeds
pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Toast two slices of a french baguette, ½” thick.
Spread each slice with one tablespoon of hummus.
Add sliced avocado and red onion, then sprinkle as desired with toasted hemp seeds.
Add a sprinkle of cayenne pepper if you want to get toasted! Enjoy the crunch!
