Ingredients

1 ¼ cups semisweet chocolate (finely chopped)

1 cup bittersweet chocolate (finely chopped)

2 ½ cups Globe Trekker trail mix

½ tsp Himalayan salt
Directions
Melt both chocolates in a double boiler, or in a heat-proof bowl set over a pan of boiling water.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Pour the melted chocolate over the paper, into a 9”x10” rectangle.
Sprinkle the Globe Trekker trail mix evenly over the chocolate. Allow to cool for approx. 2 hours, until firm.
Cut evenly or break into pieces, and serve at room temperature. Don’t forget to savor this blissful, healthful treat.
