tropical ginger smoothie
1 banana (sliced and frozen)
1 ½ cups fresh mango
¾ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
¼ cup oat milk
1 tsp freshly grated ginger root
2 tbsp pea protein
Slice banana into 1 inch pieces and place on a tray. Freeze overnight.
Finely grate ginger root for optimal flavor.
Combine all ingredients into a high-speed blender, and blend on high for 1-2 minutes.
Pour immediately into a glass or jar, and enjoy the fresh citrus flavor, and the slight heat of ginger.
