                      Ingredients

1 banana (sliced and frozen)

¾ cup filtered water
 - 
1 Medjool date (pitted)
 - 
            
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
 - 
½ tsp vanilla extract
 - 
½ tsp finely ground espresso
 - 
¼ tsp cinnamon
 - 
            
2 tbsp protein power4 powder
 - 
6 ice cubes
 
Directions
Slice banana into 1 inch pieces and place onto a tray. Freeze overnight.
Combine all ingredients into a high-speed blender, and blend on high 1-2 minutes.
Pour immediately into a glass or jar, and start the day off right with this protein-packed pick-me up.
