White Lemon Truffle Balls
- 8 oz melted cacao wafers
- 3 tbsp milk
- Himalayan pink salt to taste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Powdered sugar for consistency
Melt Cacao wafers.
Mix all ingredients together and then place in fridge, until mixture is able to be scooped or put into ball form.
Add powdered sugar as needed to form.
