Walnut Pecan Pistachio Pate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • ½ cup pecans
  • ½ cup pistachios
  • 1 medium red bell pepper chunked
  • 2 medium carrots peeled & chunked 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp salt

      Procedure

      Combine in food processor until smooth.
      Serve on kale and broccoli leaves.
