Veggie Mac & Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cups potatoes
- 1 & 1/2 cup carrots
- 5 garlic cloves
- 1 small onion
- 3 tbsp Foods Alive nutritional yeast (non-fortified, non-GMO, aka: nooch)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 cup unsweetened vegan milk
Procedure
Boil the veggies until soft.
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until very smooth.
Pour over your cooked pasta of choice and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
