Vanilla Cashew Cream


  • 1 cup raw Cashews  (soaked for 2 hours)
  • ¼ ‐ ½ cup filtered water (depending on desired thickness)
  • 1‐2 tbsp maple syrup or more to taste
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


      Throw all into blender, starting with ¼ cup water then gradually add more to thin out to desired consistency.
      Use for everything – serve with raw nuts, seeds and fruit, or pair with desserts.
