Vanilla Cashew Cream
- 1 cup raw Cashews (soaked for 2 hours)
- ¼ ‐ ½ cup filtered water (depending on desired thickness)
- 1‐2 tbsp maple syrup or more to taste
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Throw all into blender, starting with ¼ cup water then gradually add more to thin out to desired consistency.
Use for everything – serve with raw nuts, seeds and fruit, or pair with desserts.
