Tomato Salad Topping


  • 3‐4 medium vine ripened tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves (or can use dried in lesser amount)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt


      Mix altogether and serve over salad made with romaine lettuce or other salad greens.
