Teriyaki Sauce


  • ¼ cup Nama Shoyu or Bragg’s Aminos
  • 2 dates and 2 figs (soaked in water till soft)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1” piece ginger root  
  • honey or maple syrup to taste


      Mix all ingredients together including soak water in food processor.   
      Add vegetables such as broccoli, red pepper, onion, carrots, etc. and let them marinate.
      Serve over zucchini noodles, kelp noodles, or make a slaw with cabbage.   
      If using zucchini noodles, DO NOT mix together with sauce until just ready to serve, as they will become watery.
