Sweet Onion and Poppy Seed Dressing

  • 1 medium white onion, chunked to go in blender
  • 1/8 cup cold-pressed virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup raw cashews
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp poppy seeds
  • ½ tsp Celtic or Himalayan salt – to taste
  • Pinch cracked black pepper – to taste
  • Pinch garlic powder – to taste


      Blend all together till smooth and serve with salad.
