Sweet and Salty Almonds

Ingredients

      Procedure

      Soak almonds overnight.
      Dehydrate until dry, about 4‐8 hours.
      Mix honey and maple syrup in medium‐sized bowl.
      Mix in almonds and stir until well‐coated.
      Spread on teflex sheet and sprinkle with salt.
      Dehydrate until crisp.
