Sunny Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 cups chopped sunflower greens
  • 1 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup peeled and chopped zucchini
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 cup sprouted lentils
  • 1 ½ cup chopped red peppers
Marinade
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp coconut vinegar
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos

      Procedure

      Mix ingredients for marinade altogether.
      Toss all vegetables in marinade.
