Sun Burgers

  • 2 stalks celery, chopped, about 3/4 cup
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped 
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp oregano, fresh or dried 
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds, ground
  • 1/2 cup flax seeds, ground
  • 1/2 cup water 


      Place all ingredients in a bowl, adding water last. Mix well.
      Form into four balls and flatten into burger patties.

      Optional: Dehydrate burgers for three hours at 104 degrees F. Serve warm.
