Strawberry Chia Milk


  • 3 tbsp chia seed
  • 3 ½ cup water
  • 1 ½ cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2-4 tbsp honey or maple syrup 
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • Dash of salt


      Soak chia seed in water for several hours till it makes a gel consistency.
      Place gel in a blender and add the rest of the ingredients.
      Blend till smooth.  
      You can add ice cubes to make it cold or use frozen fruit.
      Adjust amounts of strawberries to satisfy your taste buds.  
      Best served cold.
