Smoky Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 2 hours or more
  • 1/2 large red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup purified water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tsp onion powder

      Procedure

      Blend all ingredients until creamy.
