Raw Spring Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh organic veggies, julienned (carrots, jicama, parsnips, sweet red pepper, cabbage, green onion)
  • 2 tbsp raw black sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 2-3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp chili flakes
  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos

      Procedure

      Toss all together until veggies are coated.
      Serve in Paleo Wraps (Collard leaf, Nori or other wraps would also work) or eat veggies plain.
