Rainbow Cabbage Salad


  • ½ head each small red and green cabbage
  • 4 large carrots
  • 4 ribs celery
  • 8‐10 green onions  
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • ¼ cup raw hulled hemp seed


      Run vegetables through a food processor – medium to fine chop.  
      Mix in glass bowl with nuts/seeds.  
      Pour dressing over and toss.  
      Refrigerate ½ hour and enjoy.
