Pecan Pate


  • 3 cups raw pecans soaked overnight
  • ½ cup dates
  • 3 cloves garlic (spicy pepper works, too)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ tsp salt


      Mix all ingredients in food processor until chopped.
      Use pate to stuff bell peppers, cabbage leaves, or nori.
