Pea Guacamole

  • 2 pounds frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • Salt to taste


      Put peas, garlic and cumin in a food processor and process till smooth.
      Scrape mixture into a bowl and add other ingredients.
      Cover and refrigerate at least 30 mins to allow flavors to mix.
