No Bake Mocha Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cups walnuts
- 8 dates pitted
- 3 tbsp cacao power
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp coffee
- Pinch Himalayan pink salt
Filling
- 2 cups cashew soaked
- 1 lemon juiced
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch sea salt
Toppings
- Chocolate chips melted
- Hulled hemp seeds (hemp hearts)
Procedure
Blend crust ingredients in a blender on a low speed.
Press half of the mixture into 6 inch spring form.
Rolls bliss balls different sizes and set aside.
Blend filling ingredients and pour half over the crust.
Add coffee and blend again.
Pour second half over the filing.
