Moringa Cacao Mousse
INGREDIENTS
Chocolate Mousse Layer
- 1 cup almonds
- ¾ cup Medjool dates
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Moringa Layer
- 2 cups cashews soaked and blended
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp moringa powder
PROCEDURE
Place ingredients for bottom layer in food processor, pulse and blend until mixed. Spread into a 13 by 9 baking pan and place in freezer.
Mix moringa layer in blender until smooth, layer on crust and place in freezer again.
Melt chocolate and add as a topping before serving.
