Minty Mango Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 2 heaping cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1‐2 tbsp minced fresh mint

      Procedure

      Process mango in a food processor, then drizzle in honey or maple syrup.  
      Pulse in mint.  
      Scoop into dessert dishes and freeze or serve immediately.
