Meatless Raw Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of soaked walnuts
  • 1 ½  cups coarsely chopped cremini mushrooms or portabellas marinated at least 1 hour with a little nama shoyu (or Bragg’s Liquid Aminos), olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 more cloves garlic
  • thyme, oregano, parsley to taste
  • salt and crushed red pepper to taste
  • Olive Oil – only for consistency

      Procedure

      In a food processor, blend together all.
      Then with your hands roll out 1 inch balls place on dehydrator tray and dehydrate for 4‐6 hours at 115.
