Mango Soup


  • 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 cups mango flesh
  • 2 cups mango, diced


      Blend the orange juice with 2 cups of mango flesh.
      Pour mixture into individual bowls and add in 1 cup diced mangoes per bowl.
      If desired, decorate with slices of lime.
      This is good even without the extra 2 cups of diced mango.
      Makes 2 servings.
