Hemp Banana Smoothie


  • 1 cup milk (hemp, nut, rice, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp Hulled Hemp Seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp sweetener (coconut sugar, maple syrup, dates, raw honey, etc.) (optional)


      Put everything in a blender, blend 2 minutes. This comes together in a matter of minutes and is great for breakfast, lunch, or anytime!
