Green Bean Squash Salad


  • 4 cups green beans (or combination of green & yellow beans), chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini or yellow squash, chopped
  • ½ red or yellow pepper, chopped
  • ½ yellow or red onion, chopped fine
  • 1/3 cup each raw apple cider vinegar, gold flax oil (or oil of your choice) 
  • honey (to taste)


      Combine ingredients for the dressing.
      Pour over veggies and marinate overnight.
