Green Bean Salad


  • 4 cups green and yellow beans chopped into small pieces
  • ½-1 red bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 small to medium green zucchini, chopped fine
  • ½ onion, chopped fine
  • 1/3 cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup flax oil (or other oil)
  • 1/3 cup honey



    Pour dressing over veggies and marinate in fridge.
