Pulse chop walnuts, cashews, and dates till crumbly in a food processor and add the coconut and salt.
Mix together and remove about 1 cup and reserve.
Press remaining crumb mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 or 7x11 baking dish or pie pan.
Option: For a softer crust, after removing 1 cup, continue blending until you achieve a paste-like consistency, then pat into the bottom of your pan.
Fruit FillingBlend all ingredients for the filling until fresh berries (berries must be fresh for pectin to make it thicken) are smooth.
