Fruit Smoothie Popsicles

Ingredients

  • ¼ cantaloupe
  • ¼ pineapple
  • 6 oz coconut water
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 granny smith apples – peeled & cored
  • 1/3 papaya
  • 1 bag frozen mango

      Procedure

      Blend together in high speed blender.  
      Pour into paper or plastic cups, cover with plastic wrap, insert popsicle stick in center & freeze.   
      When frozen, tear paper off & enjoy.  
      Makes 65‐70 oz. = 2 dozen or more.
