Date Nut Torte

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raisins
  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 1 cup dates, soaked 2 hours
  • Juice of ½ lemon

      Procedure

      Combine raisins and walnuts in food processor.  
      Blend well for few minutes, will form ball.
      Put in 9” pie pan and press down.
      Combine dates and lemon and process in food processor until smooth and creamy.
      Spread on top of raisin/walnut crust.
