Dairy-Free Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup cashews (soaked 2+ hours)
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
- 2 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup water
Place everything in a blender or food processor and blend together until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy with our snack crackers of cut vegetables!
