Cranberry-Cashew Wild Rice Pilaf

Ingredients

  • 1 recipe soaked wild rice
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tsp salt

      Procedure

      Toss all ingredients together and enjoy.  
      Will keep for 2‐3 days in fridge.
