Connie's Fudge


  • 3 cups walnuts – process till consistency of butter
  • 2 cups coconut
  • ½ cup carob powder or cacao powder (or half of each)
  • 5/8 cup honey
  • ¼ ‐ ½ cup sprouted and dehydrated buckwheat (like rice krispies)


      Mix coconut and powder together and then add to processed walnuts along with coconut and buckwheat.  
      Press into a cake pan and cut into squares “OR” roll into balls.  
      Chill and serve.
