Cinnamon‐Apple Sprouted Wheat

  • 8 seeded, soaked dates, drained
  • 2 cup sprouted wheat berries or buckwheat
  • 2 apples, shredded
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ cup raisins for garnish


      Place dates, sprouts, apples, and spices in a food processor and pulse until combined but still chunky.
      Transfer to a bowl and garnish with raisins.
      Serves 2‐4.
