Chocolate Avocado Pudding Recipe

- 2 ripe avocados
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tsp erythritol
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch Himalayan pink salt
Cut avocado in halves, remove the pit and spoon the avocado to a blender.
Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Scoop into serving bowls or glasses.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 min.
Top with berries, cacao nibs and hulled hemp seeds.
