Cashew Dressing

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup raw cashews
  • ¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp cashew or almond butter
  • 2 dates pitted
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp minced onion
  • ½ tsp ginger juice or ½ - 1 tsp grated ginger or  ¼ powdered ginger 
  • 2 tbsp Bragg’s Aminos
  • 3 shakes cayenne pepper
  • ½-3/4 cup water

      Procedure

      Blend all together and serve over veggies or zucchini pasta or kelp noodles.
