Carob Mousse with Strawberries


  • 4 very ripe avocados
  • 2 cups pitted dates (soaked overnight)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup raw carob powder


      Blend all ingredients in the VitaMix or food processor until creamy.  
      Dip fresh strawberries in the mousse and indulge.
