Black Sesame Hummus


Ingredients
- 1 cup black sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup water + water for soaking
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 galric cloves chopped
- 1/3 cup olive oil or flax oil
- 1 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
Procedure
Soak black sesame seeds for about 2 hours.
Then drain and rinse thoroughly.
Then blend everything together until you have a thick and creamy black sesame hummus.
Use one of our savory snack crackers to dip and enjoy!
