Bean Burritos

  • 2 cups sprouted black beans
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup diced tomato
  • ½ medium red bell pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp salt


      Blend in food processor until mixed, but coarse.
      Scoop onto kale, broccoli, or cabbage leaves. Top with chopped cilantro, cherry tomatoes, and guacamole.
